I notice at 4 or 5k it's really bad. Depending on the curve it can be annoying. Long sweepers no problem . Hairpins a problem . |

Downshift. They love the revs. |

What's funny to me is, with the Erik Buell Racing tune (standard calibration for race) on mine, it's smooth everywhere, even all the way down to 2200-2300 rpm. Maybe I got lucky? I doubt it. |

Check your plugs. Mine ran like crap unless above 5,000 rpm. Now runs like a bat out of hell again at any rpm. Even with the stocker. (Message edited by freezerburn840 on December 03, 2010) |

-I'd have to agree with Mr. Adams. If you can do better, do it and bring it. -Pipes are pipes are pipes, it depends on what you are looking for. Sound, function, style. What Mr. Adams did I think is awesome. The American way! All by himself. I dont like the looks of the RT-1 and 2, I'd prefer the RT-3(due to function and price) but really like the RT-4. But love the sound of them all and would prefer it over any mass produced pipe out there any day. -All in all, D_Adams did this by him self. I commend you. And you put the numbers up to shut everyone up. -I dont know how this happend, but everyone thinks their opinion is what matters. If you dont like it dont by it. No need on bashing. I love bikes and I love pipes and most of all we should care about is, we are a few that are lucky to have these American Sportbikes(thanks Erik) to ride. -An old saying, you give a dog candy he wont eat it, you give a dog shit and he will eat it! |

My engine was replaced under warranty and had new plugs in it . New plugs will make any vehicle run better for the first couple hundred miles. I believe these are iridium/platinum plugs are they not? |
