Puzzled can you post some pics of your bar mounting and maybe your strut, as I just got my 1125 and have bars off my old bike I would like to mount. I will be headed down from shop weds night for the last drags this year(dang) to try out the bike. |

Puzzled, did you make that set-up? I was thinking of using passenger peg mounting for upper bar,but what did you mount lower bar to,cannot quite figure out your pics. Thanks. |

The lower bars bolt to the axle. There are two sleeves (one on each side) running into the axle. The bars bolt to these. (Bottom/last picture) The strut was made to allow for on the bike adjustment without having to readjust the top/lower bar at their intersecting point back by the wheelie bar wheels. Pingel uses a single side adjustment which requires bolt removal for adjustment. Should I score a bike to convert to a race only bike I'll look into building brackets that will keep the bottom bar close to parallel with the track. These work well for not wanting to build an arm and loosing its street manners. It takes about an hour to pull them off and install the shock and street items. |

What keeps the sleeves in the axle? |

The sleeves are threaded and are joined together via a threaded rod. |
