Tire Pressure I've had people tell me "Use what the manual says" and others "Don't worry about the manual, go by what's on the tire." I'm not sure about the aftermarket tires, but the stock tires differ about 10PSI from what the manual says. Which should I use? Is it up to rider feel? |

Rider feel beats any thing in print. Just bump up/down the PSI by 2 between runs and find your sweet spot. In my case with Sportec M1's its 36 front, 38 rear. --D |

I'd start with the manual settings, and then tweak from there. There was an article (can't remember the mag), where they mentioned how sensitive the XB was to correct tire pressure - 2 PSI to either side had a big negative effect on handling. On that note - how accurate is your tire gauge Henrik |
