I'm typing this out in my garage with the Buell sitting 5 feet from me. I set the afv to 140% which is where the bike likes it these days and rode it to warm it up, came back home and did the carb spray test and on when it hit the back cylinder the idle dropped a slight amount..but it was noticeable cause the bike sounded like it stumbled...anyway while I had it idling I messed with the afv on ecmspy and when set to 100% the bike idled so much better but when I went to give it gas it almost shut off. Anyway, guess this means intake seals..yipeee. I'm just ready to have this bike running good again so I can enjoy it like I did when I bought it back in May |

I had the same problem with mine, had to set to 127% to get her running, My intake seals and injector orings were leaking. Also one injector was flowing 12mls less at 5krpm. 60ml vs 72ml. So quite a bit. I replace the inj yesterday, need to check AFV (did my usual loop to get ECM in learn mode). |

High AFV is almost always caused by leaky intake seals. |
