Airbox cover, flyscreen, front fender, and 2 x lower side panels. I bought it new from a Harley dealer about 6 months ago for my bike. Ended up selling my XB so I don't need it. Also have a brand new Urban Assault seat for the XB12Ss which might be the same as your bike; not sure about that but just in case. $195 for the tank shipped in the lower 48 and $135 for the seat shipped lower 48. The tank and the seat have never been installed on a bike. The tank does have the vent grill at the fuel fill site.
