Hi All I got my bike back from the dealers today after the charge harness change. They have reflashed my ECM with the latest calibration M3HEC142 (BUE2D242) from B3HEC10Z (BUEZD0M5). There definately seems to be some improvement with the stock exhaust on. Smoother and slightly more responsive. Right, I have an image of an Erik Buell Racing ECM (B3SPB072) this is also BUE2D242. Almost all the data between the 2 ECM images is different, however, as my ecm is BUE2D242 and the Erik Buell Racing ECM is BUE2D242 does this mean I can now flash my ECM directly with the Erik Buell Racing image? Forgot to mention that the rpm columns on both maps are different. The standard BUE2D maps start at 400 and end at 10700. The Erik Buell Racing maps start at 0 and end at 11000. Also some of the intemediate values are different | ||

If you have both ECMs why would you reflash the stock one? That makes no sense. | ||

I dont necessarily want to I just asked if I could? I'm just trying to establish that if both ecm's have the same base code ie BUE2D242 does this mean i can flash the whole eprom There are aspects of both ecm's i like and others i dont. If you havent got anything useful to say id rather you stayed out of the discussion | ||
