It seems my gas tank is leaking on two S2s. It is leaking at the top so I need to add some type of sealer to the rings. What do you guys use? (I know it has been talked about but I cannot find the thread) Also, I ruined two of the big gas tank cover O rings... Anyone one have one or two laying around. TIA Frank |

Frank, I picked up a sheet of cork/rubber gasket material at the auto parts store and cut my own gasket. It stopped my tank from leaking from under the gas cap outer flange. |

Also try Hylomar. It is actually what the service manual recommends (at least for '00 M2)
