Ive seen others here with the same problem, mine was intermittent, running fine then off she goes. Determined it was a bad ground contact between the subframe and the frame. Cleaned the paint off of the subframe where it mounts to the frame, greased her up all all is well. I have also seen loose connections at the upper motor mount strut/ground strap cause the same problem. Jump a wire from the battery ground to the motor for an easy test to verify a bad ground, if so your dash will come back as it should be. Hope this helps someone
