Dear Ukers, With great regret I write this note: due to a drastic decline in Jason's father's health overnight, we will be unable to join you all in the ride up to Appleton tomorrow. His father is in the hospital right now and they plan on having him stay over the weekend. Jason, of course, would like to remain with his family during this time. He did, however, say that he might just need to get away for a little while on Sunday, depending on the circumstances. We hope you all have a great & safe ride, and we are sorry that we will be unable to make the trip. Dave, have a great time tomorrow--I know everybody supports you!! Good luck  If you guys can, please continue to post over the weekend to let us know if there are any changes in the plan for the Sunday ride. In case we can't make it, everybody have a great weekend!! | ||

Griz & Hellion, Sorry to hear about Griz's dad. I hope everything turns out OK. Don, That's great news about your uncle. It's a true victory. Finally, Who is still going up to Appleton? CJ is it just you and me? I assume that we're meeting at the Hwy 20 McDonalds, But we never set a time. Does 8AM sound good or is that too early? Should we meet further up the road and try and link up with another group? JT | ||

Hellion, hope everything goes well this weekend with Jason's dad, will be thinking about you both !! Bomber, I'm interested in Sundays ride, but won't know until the last minute. Impulse, I'm still planning on going up to Appleton, how about if it's just us we hook up further north, and head over to thunderbolt-dad's and ride up with them. I am leaving Appleton at the latest by 2:00 or 2:30 to get back to Milwaukee, I have a work function to attend !! But I figure once I get there, I can find my way back home alone, even though sometimes it seems I can get lost in a paper bag !! Anyone else going ???? CJ edited by cj xb on May 14, 2004 | ||
