6,000 miles.
Owned the bike a year now and don't remember having this problem last season.
Trans clunks into every gear, up or down. Very stiff to shift, takes a lot more pressure than it should to the point my foot is sore!
Clutch adjustment and primary chain are adjusted to specs. Switched from Formula + to Amsoil 20/50. That helped but not enough.
Still under warranty but that will be a last resort.
Thanks for any advice.

Too much oil in tranny/primary. Remove until it just barely touches the clutch spring plate. Bike must be upright on level ground. A rear stand will cause you to overfill as fluid flows forward due to elevated rear.

That would be my guess. 1 quart is all you need in there.

Less if you have it on a rear stand when you drain it.

Ok! That was it. Very glad it was that simple.
When I drained the primary, it was on the sidestand.
I dumped in a full quart, same as I used to do with my Cyclone.
Guess all the old fluid did not drain out. It was overfull about 5 ounces.
SM does state the bike should be upright when draining, to get all the fluid out.
Nice 350 km ride today on the Island backroads, shifting just fine again.
Thanks for your help!
