It is used and will need to be repolished. Ask questions, item is sold as is. The pulley looks good except for needing a good polish job. $400 shipping included in U.S.A. Only. If it doesn't sell it will go on ebay.I am listing this for my friends brother. I will handle the shipping and payment on this item if it sells. I will answer all questions the best that I can.
