2005 BMW R1200ST ABS 45k Birmingham, AL Last major service (fluid changes, valve adjustment) completed at 43k. Went to replace alternator belt, was in excellent shape, so new is just a spare until next service. Bike is 100% stock. Marsee tank bag can possibly be part of deal. Luggage was sold by PO (supposedly). I just use a duff bag. Annual brake flush is due in October. I bought this just over a month ago, and have put 5k miles on it already, which is about where I go on to the next one. When it comes to fanatics, I rank high in being high maintenance, and I want to own them all at least once. For example, this is my 3rd bike just this year. (2002 Daytona CE, 2006 XB12SS) and it wraps up about 17 in the past 3 years. I have no clue what I want next, I'm thinking maybe a GS, maybe a K bike, maybe an adventure or dual sport. NADA value 6323-7862. KBB value 7750-10850 I am asking 6500 obo, I don't want a Japanese streetbike or cruiser. I don't want a Harley. I would say I'm interested in dual sports, adventures, euro/buell streetbikes, euro cruisers. Newer VW cars are open too.(2004 or newer) There is ONE bad boo boo on this bike. PO dropped it on the left side. Header has dents, headlight housing has crack (patched), headlight support cracked (repaired). Otherwise bike is in really good shape. Notice the valve covers and luggage rack are PC'ed black. PO wanted to cover up the scratches I guess. Rear tire has 4k on it, front is about 8.5k Metzler Z6's.   Surprise me.
