I had this motor built with the best stuff I could get my hands on. Started with a mostly stock 2002 M2 with just over 3000 original miles, PM wheels, dual disk brakes up front, carb kit, forcewinder, D&D slip on etc. Then I had the cases bored, new complete 88" kit Axtell Nik-a-Sil cylinders powdercoated black, Stage III XB heads, Force Big Bore pipe, if it can be made bigger, badder, stronger faster, chromed, polished, replaced with billet then it was done. You can pretty much name it and it's on it. You all know how much the parts alone cost and I didn't let some half azz wanna be hack do the work on this one, it was done right and dyno'd in at 112 hp and 92 ft lbs. I saw the dyno pulls and the engine built if front of me a year ago November (last time I rode it too) Wasn't letting some hack do this one. I'm no mechanic, so I had a pro do it. The bike is in the Dallas area IN my buddy's house. I mean inside his house next to his XB 12R (used to be mine)Busa and ZX14. If I can't get $7000 from this ASAP then I'm selling him the motor for his chopper project and putting a stock motor back in it. Don't worry, I will not let the bike get chopped. I'll keep it there so I have something to ride when I'm back there. Still can't keep up with his rice though. For serious people who have cash in hand, I'll get pix out to them. Thanks, Wood My mistake 108 ft lbs not 92 ft lbs My budy has all the receipts and the dyno sheets with the bike in Dallas. He's been riding it from time to time to keep all the juices flowing and keeps the battery tender on it. Less than 1000 miles on it since the build and fluids change 3 times since the build. This bike is flat out sick! Really only want to sell the motor but will sell the complete bike if someone really wants it and won't chop it up (Message edited by Wood on June 30, 2010) |
