Anyone using the seat Corbin makes for Ulys? I am running the low seat right now but it's not comfortably after about 6hrs riding. Just wondering if the Corbin would be worth the money. |

I have always been a big fan of Corbin seats. I bought one for my Uly and didn't care for it. It worked well on trips but the bowl shape would make my legs sore if I did a lot of stop an go driving where I needed to keep putting my leg down. It might just be my shorter inseam? If you are looking for one I have one only used for about 100 miles still in the original box. I was going to throw it on ebay but haven't had a chance yet. |

The long legged one in Saint Louis might be interested too! |

6 hours of riding on any seat would get uncomfortable, even on a lazy boy recliner. Time to walk awhile after 6 hrs on any saddle. |

I can dream about spending six hours on my Uly without stopping, but the four gallon plus a little fuel capacity wakes me up... |

Corbin is about the same height as the low seat, but is wider. I have a 30" inseam and feel more comfortable with the low seat than the corbin. Much more comfortable when under way, but corbin is a little unstable at a stop unless just lean on one foot. If your tall you will like it, if short you will find it annoying |

I have an 08 so my seat is fairly low from stock. I still have to "One Cheek, Monkey Hang" at stops so I was looking for a solution that didn't involve KISS style riding boots. Last week I tried on a Touratech low seat and found it to be the same height, but much firmer material and a better shape. As far as inches to the ground it was no better than my stock 08. I hope that helps. |
