I have a two piece rain suit that looks good and works fairly well on the Harley but on the Buell the jacket constantly tries to blow up allowing rain right in. I'm thinking I need to get a one piece suit for the Buell. In my research I stumbled onto the Triumph Chevron One Piece oversuit. Just wondered if any of you Uly riders have any experience with this suit or a better recommendation?

I have a TourMaster Sentinel Rain Jacket and Pants. They zip together in the back so the jacket does not ballon up.

The nice thing about a 2 pc. is that the jacket is keeping the rain off of you while you are struggling with getting your boots down the legs of the pants.....

I thought I posted this last night but I must not have followed through. Just put a belt around the waist of your rain jacket and it will not balloon up anymore. That is exactly what I do and it works great.

EG, I thought of that but then I just decided to find a one piece suit for the Buell only. That way I'm not having to swap back and forth between bikes. My big problem with most suits is they sew them and then have to heat tape the holes shut. After a few wearings the tape starts coming off and in comes the water. I would say 95 percent of the suits out there are worthless in heavy all day rains. I've read good reports on the triumph and just wanted some confirmation or criticism from a Uly rider. We have a great Triumph dealer nearby, I think I'll drop by and get a close look at one. Thanks for the input fella's.

I got the Buell heavy duty two piece suit a couple of years ago and I love it. Of course, the waist was about 19 sizes too big, but Bart hooked me up with some suspenders, and now I'm livin large! The jacket doesn't blow up or whatever.

My wife bought me the Buell 2-piece suit as well. I was disappointed that she bought the logo'd stuff as I thought it was probably just overpriced for that reason.

On the contrary, it really seems like a nice set and packs very small. I purchased a super cheap pair of rubber slip on covers for my boots as well.

I was forced to use this setup last April in 37 degree sleet. I had to get home from work somehow. No blow-up of the jacket and the rubber boot covers were a great addition!

The hood on the jacket was perfect under my helmet. No rain/sleet going down my neck.

I had the triumph rain suit and loved it. I just bought new olympia gear and am very happy with it.

Two sets of rain gear

In the summer (TX) is use the Frog Togs and in cooler weather I use the rain liner in the Olympia gear.
I also have the Triumph rain suite and it works great to keep you dry; the only issue with it is that it is like a plastic bag, you will almost sweat as much out as the rain hitting you.
