I'm looking at putting the race ECM on. Which one should I put on, also plan on Keda Design 1 exhaust. Any thoughts ? |

What are you planning on using for fuel? If you're using pump gas then order the pump gas one.. If you're using race fuel, then order that one... it's pretty self-explanatory really.. |

if your planning the keda. i belive that Erik Buell Racing is working on a map for them maybe d adams will chime in i seen somewhere he was sending a few pipes to them |

Depends on what you mean by "need" mapping... The pump gas ECM has a map not specifically designed for that pipe so to get the best out of it then yes a remap is the way to go.. If you just want to bolt it on and ride you'll still get an improvement over the stock ECM and it'll be safer than the extra lean condition you'd have with stock. |

thanks all, is that map for the pipes coming soon. Is there someone in the northern va that does dyno tuning |

RRS1125: I suggest sending an email to Erik Buell Racing at - tech@ebracing.com I had ECM questions and they were very responsive in helping me. Also Dean Adams of Keda Design is on here, you can PM him on the timeframe for the custom tune for his pipes or ask Erik Buell Racing, or both. I love my ECM. Also, I've seen those who have posted they wanted a change to the ECM and sent it back to Erik Buell Racing & they changed a parameter, so it appears you have the option too. |
