Stopped at the gym today after a hot ride in traffic. And my bike left a wonderful puddle of coolant in the lot. Looking more closely at my garage floor, it apparently has been leaving little puddles for a while now - they're dry by the morning so I don't notice them. Are 210-212F coolant temps in traffic on a hot day (90F or so) normal, or is that abnormally high? They never get that high in the morning on the way to work, but there's less traffic and it's cooler. |

Mine was getting up to 220F on a hot day/traffic before the 152 flash, after the flash it was hitting 195-200F. After I installed the E B R Ecm the most it will get is 185-190F. It still drinks coolant at this temp, but nowhere near as much, I check the levels every weekend. |

Puddle on the ground. Pukes. I pulled the cover off, it's still around the correct level. A bit low, but not bad. What's the coolant? Do I have to use Harley coolant, or is it just the GM orange stuff? |

And again. Is there a trick to shutting down the bike without overflowing coolant on a hot day? |
