http://www.veypor.com/veypor.html So since ive had the XB wheels i have not had a speedometer, so i have no idea how fast im going, how far ive gone on a tank, or what my mpg's are. Im always cutting it close on fuel since i commute daily and its been a real thorn in my side.... not anymore! Now it will tell me my RPM's, Speed, odometer, tripmeter, how many miles i have left on a tank, instantanious mpg's, and average mpg's, 0-60 time, 60ft time, 1/4mi and 1/8mi times with staging tree, braking distance, lap timer, peak HP and TQ, top speed, average speed, shift light, gear indicator, datalogging with up to 8 runs with graphical output... they make a vr2 that has some other fancy stuff on it, but the only thing i wanted that the base model didnt have was a clock... and i wasnt gonna spend an extra $100 for a clock anyone know of a good small clock i can install? lol |

watch on your wrist ???? nah - crazy idea - it'll never catch on. Besides, it's no fun to have to stop and pull open the gear at the wrist just to read the time. |

why need the time anyway when your riding ??? time to stop when your hungry, bike needs fuel or your ass is sore. also good time to look at your wristwatch !! |

Clock? Here's an idea. Buy your favorite Wal-Mart timepiece, take the band off, get some 3M double-sided tape and mount it wherever your heart desires for about $12. |

im always finding myself wondering if im going to be late, i ride long distances.. 40-50 miles or so, for instance.... today on the way home from my girlfriends house and then to school for a final. i wanted to know if i was running behind or not, maybe i should go straight to class instead of stop by home to grab my school bag? its just sorta annoying. watch is a bad idea, my gloves cover my wrists and i wont ride without them, after being Tboned by a car and not wearing any, busted my hand all up. would like to find something tastefull perhaps? |

I've got an S3 clock for sale in the classifieds section, too. Have you figured out how you're going to mount it BTW? |

gotta remember, my speedo does nothing but fill a void in the billet gauge holder and has a light that turns on/off... thats it lol. it looks fairly simple to install suprisingly, only about 4 wires. i do need to figure out the circumfrence of my rear wheel, and i need to replace a wheel bearing in the rear before i can road test it. also i'd like to get my XB primary/chain installed if a certain somebody would finally send me the parts! |

Circumference = pi * diameter |

Yeah, mine did the same for a minute. I took the dash off when I sold the speedo. |
