The baby rocks. She's growing fast and we're down to 7 weeks from delivery. I was playing "Hide n' Seek" with her a couple of nights ago. She'd push out and I'd push back. Then She'd hide for a second and push somewhere else. This went on for quite a while. It's pretty cool when you can actually interact with the baby before it's born. Becki will be sitting the next couple of meetings out so the next time you see her we'll be showing the little one off. I just wish I had started on the nursery by now. I've got flooring sitting in my living room waiting until after I paint the room. Which I havn't even cleared out yet... I guess I'm on the bike too much  JT | ||

Hellion, Thanks for the offer, I'll let you know if we need help. Becki's family has offered to come down but I'm not sure if they will help or hinder progress.  We bought primer and paint today and ordered wallpaper and a border to go with Becki's Marine Biology background. The room is going to be pretty nice, especially once I put the new laminate flooring down. Becki says thank you as well. She's sitting over my shoulder and correcting my spelling.  I'm looking forward to the Appleton run with you guys. Are you going to have a new bike by then? JT | ||

Results? Are you sure you want to know? race #8, 6th race #13, 6th sunday, race #1, 7th race #8, someone's oil in the carousel  DNF Well, I don't consider myself a novice anymore! It's definately a different experience sliding across the pavement at those speeds, you actually think you can get up untill you realize you still traveling along at a very fast pace. It started as the best race of my life, Got a great start and got the lead, the was passed and holding 2nd comfortably, just out running comfortable laps. Never seen it coming, back end just slipped out, tried to recover, bike slapped back a bit and that was all she wrote. I'm fine, a little sore. Bike will not be at the meeting needs a little work, well, maybe alot. I'll know more after I tear it apart. Anyone have a stock air box they'd like to get rid of? Seat, tail section? Tom, Glad to hear your ok. My weekend wasn't much better...actually worse! Crashed a total of 5 times! I tried a new rear tire that didn't work at all and was very unpredictable. 1 lap would be great, the next the thing would spin up. Very frustrating more than anything. Worst crash was when my oil drain plug fell out (was safety wiired, but it broke when i put it on the stand un-beknownst to me. Oiled the tire and had a 50mph high side. There were a couple of bright spots though.....was fighting for the lead in the grand national qualifier when i crashed, and my team got a 7th in the the 2 hour endurance event on the completely as delivered Uke's KTM. Heres my record for the weekend: Open vets qualifier: DNF (crash) Open vets final: (5th after starting in last place) 2 hour endurance race: 7th Middleweight Qualifying: 6th Middleweight heat: 9th (crashed and re-mounted) Middleweight final: 7th Open Qualifying: 8th Open heat: 13th (crashed and re-mounted) Open final: 8th (from 5th row start) Grand National Qualifier: (crashed out of 3rd, remounted to finish 11th) Grand National final: 5th or 6th, (not sure) CJ, Grape, and Hellion are not allowed to come to the races anymore! Tom, I have a stock X1 airbox and a stock S1 airbox, we can make either fit. WFO (ibuprofen is good) |
