What it sounded like to me was later on they will be adding a new bracket for the front mount like the one used for the tube frames. Also running the chin fairing will be optional as a bracket purchased separately. I am looking forward to this as I was hoping to get rid of the chin fairing anyway. I can understand your doubts. |

still nada gator, did they tell you they are 'replacing' the 30 pipes when they get some done?? I dont like the term 'quick fix' interesting |

and another thing, if they do replace it what the hell is the difference between the regular force pipe and the nrhs pipe? wouldn't they have to do their tweaking again? |

From what I understood from Dave was that they are replacing all 30 pipes. A few would go out with a "quick fix" solution and that these would then be replaced with the permanent solution. Don't quote me on that it's just what I gleaned from the conversation. Also that "pipes are shipping today" could have just been more smoke from Force. You would have to ask NRHS what exactly they did to the pipe. Mine didn't even go to Nallin it got drop shipped directly from Force. I only got the PC and the O2 sensor from Nallin. |

I have no actual evidence... I think the NRHS pipes are nothing more than Force pipes that were purchased via NRHS. I don't think NRHS was anything more than a re-seller for Force. |

That sucks Misato! I wonder how bad it is? I know my pipe didn't come packaged all that well. At least they weren't lying about it this time. |

Misato and Buellgator - My sympathies to you both. Although I have had no dealings with Force I do feel for you guys. If you're ever in Austin, look me up first round is on me. Buellgator - Do you live in Gainsville? I got some kin there that Im thinking of visiting this summer and would love to be able to "Demo" a bike for the day if possible. |

Misato I know it is a small consolation, but at least you are getting your bike back. I hope Force hurries up on the new pipe as I just ordered my motor parts today. Let us both hope that this is the downhill portion of your battle with Force. |

What a bunch of B.S. Keep your pipe for months and send you a quick fix instead of a new pipe. Now you have to remove the quick fix pipe for the new one, if it ever emerges, again costing more money and down time. Is Force totally oblivious to the fact that they are about to be black balled by the people on this board. I'm getting the feeling that they "Force" are hoping people will just get tired of the situation and give up. Fucking Amazing! L8R, JM |

Yeah, I've given up on Force. Sorry for your experience Misato. At least you have the original back. Buy a welder maybe? Screw force. If I was running a high performance engine building shop I would most definitely switch product. |

Misato, Can't wait to see the pics of your bike with the polished primary and cam covers. Good luck with the pipe. I need to polish those covers on mine, but the weather is just too nice to tear the bike down again. |

CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT |

CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT The only folks making money in those suits are the same law firms who specialize in them. Class members get like 15 dollars and change a piece and the law firm walks with hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees. Trust me, opt out and get your own atty after you pursue every out of court remedy FIRST. |

I would think about it if Force were not doing what they are to resolve the issue at hand. Maybe Misato would as I'm sure his bitterness towards them stretches a little bit further than mine. I'm not saying that Force did everything they could to resolve the issue and I am sure that they will feel the repercussions of this as there are many XB owners here on the board who will probably never buy another thing with the name Force Motor Products attached to it. Class action would get us absolutely no where and help to buy another lawyer that new Jag he has his eye on. We would probably end up putting Force out of business with it and none of us would get anything out of it. Certainly no new pipes and maybe a fraction of our money back, that probably wouldn't be enough to go buy a whole new exhaust system. I think that the most powerful thing we can do is to make sure that Force knows we are unhappy and to just keep our wallets closed. Also let anyone who owns one of these bikes that if you are buying from Force read this thread first and buy at your own risk. |
