Author Message   Discochris Posted on Saturday, May 15, 2010 - 06:42 pm:        After my belt breaking saga last week, I got the bike back on Wednesday afternoon. Left Minneapolis Thursday morning (100 miles more of rain) and went to Kansas City for some BBQ. Rode as far as Columbia, MO Thursday, and then up the Great River Road from Hannibal, MO to LaCrosse, WI on Friday. Stayed with some friends in their RV near Rochester, and then rode back up to New Richmond, WI today to get my spare belt at the dealer. About 1400 miles total, not including a ferry boat ride across the Mississippi. Today was a great day for riding, and I saw at least seven Buells out on the road in Western WI, and the Twin Cities area. Two Uly's, 3 other XB's, a tuber, and an 1125. Nice to see others out on their Buells...
