OK, last night I started having the ground problem.... I installed the comfort kit and everything was fine until last night. The neutral light was not working, and I got no clicky or cranky when pushing the starter button, it would only crank when I pulled the clutch. I grounded, temporarily the engine to the frame with a screwdriver and the neutral light came on and it would crank without pulling the clutch. I have the seat pan grounds cleaned and star washered. So I am questioning, is there an engine to frame ground on the Ulysses? |

Yep, it is a braided wire that goes across the upper tie-rod - on an '06 at least you will probably have the bolts that hold it it chewing into the airbox base. |

Shouldn't be anything you would have to undo to put the CK on. Are you *sure* you put all your grounds back when you reinstalled the tail pan? (I only ask because I've been there, done that). |

I have all the grounds in the tray area installed. I was just wondering because the engine is rubber mounted and all those electrons have to go somewhere and at first glance I did not see any heavy ground other than those under the seat. I will look tonight after I get back from court(I am a drip under pressure today, thankfully) |
