Hi jacking my own thead.
They can't find anything wrong with my bike. If it happens again bring it I. If I'm near. And it's ready so come pick it up. It gotta be a bad battery. The bike was made oct 2008. So I'm assuming that's when the battry went in. It's a year and a half later and the battery was maybe made in late 07 early 08.i got the harness update when I got the bike. Sooooo |

My garage is spotless, as is my yard. I was really just tryin to get a rise out of some people for the fun of it. I throw the trash on my floorboard until I get home and then I put it in the outside trash can....even if I really wanted to litter, id be too scared, you get a 500-1000 dollar fine around here lol. Id rather just let it sit on my floorboard for the ride home than dish out that much money.
I was driving home in my truck one night, had the window down because it was nice out, and I had ahold of the front of my door (by the windsheild). Some a-hole threw a lit cigarette out of his window and it hit my hand. I caught up to him and let him know what kind of a dirtbag I thought he was lol. It blows my mind that people get littering tickets all the time, but people can throw dirty cig butts out and no one ever says anything. |

There was just a story in FL about a couple teens that kicked an older guy's ass for yelling at them when they threw a dirty plate out the window. Plate, fork, food scraps and all. They bet the guy to near death. He had to be air lifted out. |

Well frogmister, I was going off my own guess cause they/ my dealer never looked at it. I spoke with barb Sunday and service called me this morning. Th updated my harny when I got the bike and the computer said electrical's fine. They rode it, batry light came on so they charged the batty. Problem solved.....
Yeah right!!!!
So my guess. It's the battry. Bike was built in oct 08 battry was built who knows when but it started out at 13.9 and was down to 12.2 by the time I got home 15 min ride from jerz to Philly |

Mr_incognito, it is one thing to stir the pot a little (everyone does it at some point), but being a blatant troll is unacceptable and we have gotten rid of others for it. I am just saying take it easy. I am glad you aren't really the person you were leading us to believe. |

It is amazing to me that on a dead end country road 3 miles in from a main road that I have to pick up other peoples trash and beer cans every weekend!
I get cig butts tossed at me EVERYDAY I ride. About 6 months ago I got one tossed in my direction coming up to a stoplight. It bounced off my faceshield and landed on my tankbag. I promptly picked it up and deposited it in the lap of the cage driver. Looked like the CHinese fire drill we have all seen! WAAAY funny and then the local LEO showed up. He saw the whole thing happen. He walked up to me and said I needed a better aim next time to hit the ash tray ;+}. I told him I would try harder. We both got a laugh out of the driver trying to put his pants out! |
