how big of a dent can i ride around with before i need to worry about it? it's bent in about 3/16 . it is still holding air fine and rides fine. while driving thru the woods i hit a pretty good sized pothole that almost bounced me off the seat , then thanks to murphy and his law i find a spot to pull over and check the rim , i managed to find a sandtrap that ate my front wheel and sent me flying. so now i have a dented front rim scuffed handguard and left case. aside from that it's was a great ride

oh and motoport gear holds up great in a 3 mph fall lol

If its holding air, and not out of balance (shaking)...let it eat. If you start losing air pressure (check the spot occasionally with soapy water - the soap will bubble if there's a leak), step up your replacement search.

I used these guys to fix a rim on my Guzzi LeMans. Very good service around $100.
