I do not know the names of the guys I dealt with at Precision Engineering so they will not be getting the credit they deserve but I want to let everyone know about their great customer service. I ordered their adjustable shifter and brake levers last week. I received them Friday night and installed them quickly and easily. Saturday was a nice day so I figured I would take the bike out for a test ride. Long story short I went into a corner hot and hit some gravel and low sided. Very luckily the only things that were hurt on my bike were my frame pucks and the lever part of my new shifter. I called Precision on Monday morning and told them they story. They sent me out the portion of the shifter that I need (from the three screws out to the peg) for a very reasonable replacement price (around 25% of original cost). It already arrived today and has found its new home on my bike. I just wanted everyone else to know of this great experience I had with them. (Message edited by jfruechtel on April 15, 2010) |

If every company had that kind of service, the world would be a much better place. Thanks for sharing that info. |

Ordered and installed their handle bar risers for my lightning. They really did their homework and raised every thing to the absolute limit of the cables & brake line. The risers don't take anything away from hot rod good looks either. Highly recommended |

Anybody know if the Precision Engineering still exists? Website is up. I´ve emailed them a few times without response. |
