I haven't taken it apart yet, but my cooler lines are leaking (seeping, really...I see a couple spots on my left boot, check the cooler, it's wet; hose with brakleen, ride again, it's got wet spots) where the fittings go into the cooler.

On an '06, they're just -AN fittings, yes? I suspect some dirt got in there when the base gaskets were replaced as the last warranty huzzah. I've already tightened them a smidge, but think now I'll pull the hoses off the fittings, clean all the threads and the flare/seat, and reinstall.

If I remember correctly from my speed shop days... -AN fittings like being put together dry, no teflon tape or sealer, yes?

Yes you are correct about installing them without teflon or sealer. I had a hose failure at the fitting. It got progressively worse; culminating in an oil soaked rear tire. The line sets are kind of pricey but I would suggest replacing both of them. I tried the re-tightening idea and it did not last more than two weeks or so. I don't know where yours are leaking but my hose leaked at the crimp collar. If yours is leaking at the crimp, re-installing won't do a lot in the long run.

If its still a problem, there are some very thin conical copper gaskets you can place over the male An side and these will stop the leak. We use them in Vacuum systems and gas enert gas lines. Swaglok make them.......

I had the same issue, did the Teflon tape, gasket, washer deal w/o any improvement. Finally had the lines and cooler pressure checked at a shop with a pressure tester. They discovered a leak in the cooler itself. Not repairable (in my case) so I just replaced the radiator. The small leaks are hard to find w/o pressure testing. There is a Loctite sealer specific to hydraulic fittings.

On my '06 the cooler itself leaked. Somewhere in the core slowly dripping and making a mess on the left side. New cooler (with old hoses) fixed it.

On my '06 the cooler itself leaked.

Same here. Replaced under warranty.

Bigger mess on the way home after the repair. "Mechanic" forgot to tighten the lines...

It's the cooler. Cooler body is wet with oil; fittings are dry (hosed it off with brakleen before a ride today).

Guess I need to find that link to "when your warranty expires" on the website....
