Do not know the exact details yet, but during our get together tonight, it looks like we will might be doing a ride this Saturday from the Conoco, maybe sometime around 11am or so. Will post when I get a exact time. |

My plans got made quickly for the weekend. If I get to ride, it will be up to Buena Vista tomorrow afternoon. Either way, that is my destination. |

John, got an email from Dave K. If you guys come down our way, maybe we can meet you at the fire station on 105 in Castle Rock. Dan needs to put a new clutch cable on his TT and plans on doing that first thing in the morning. |

Only 33% of our sales have been Harley so far this month, the rest are all Buell! And we are having a month that is on target for Harley sales. Everyone reading this post is likely responsible for that and as such, should reap a non-obvious benefit. Having such a large population of Loki & XB riders in our area, keeping our techs fresh and trained on them will benefit you. Conversely, had we only sold a few Loki in the area, how long before skills and training would have waned on the platform? I've done my part too. I have had several out of state inquiries to purchases. One is a friend from back in Michigan Go Blue!. I've found them bikes for comparable prices closer to their home, where one day they'll need support anyway. I'd rather sell all that I can here to keep the Buell community vibrant and large in my sandbox. Trailer of 6 just came back from Missouri so percentages going to get even more slanted Buell by turkey day. All Loki too. Plus Buell sent me two additional 1125CR’s I did not think I was getting. So don't hesitate to keep those referrals coming. 720. 881. 3712 ask for Dave aka. ~jammer I had a list of folks calling that I put off when I thought I was sold out two weeks ago. Boy was I wrong. We've also been ordering side fairing lowers like no tomorrow for people, I think six sets this week alone. So High Country should be fertile ground for Erik to make sales of go-fast zoom-zoom parts. I wonder if he is looking for dealerships to retail for him? Zac is already on it.

Hey fellow Buellers, we at High Country Buell want to hold some 2010 Buell-centric events. We don't need permission from Corporate, we don't even need new factory bikes to sell on our floor, we just need enthusiasts who have a proper altitude that want to bump elbows and talk tough about knee draggin', willing to share some braggin' and lyin', do some lyin' & braggin'. Please use this thread and let me know what you think. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/37/ 516069.html?1258833885 |

Look forward to seeing you Steve. You must be enjoying your new bike!!!! I only have 280 something miles on mine. This is so not the time of year to be buying a bike (for me anyway), can't get out as often as I would like. Too dark at night to ride and only have the weekends. Soon, very soon, it will be spring |

Julie, Are you and Dan thinking of stopping at Performance Cycle on Friday morning on the way up to the dealership? Some of us are meeting for breakfast at the restaurant across from Performance before the doors open at 9am. Join us if you can |

Thanks John for thinking about us. We most likely won't be heading that way as it's an hour drive up to HCHD. We'll be bringing the trailer with my bike so when Dan gets his bike we're planning on taking a ride up that way. Zac may join us and he has a nice route we might take. It's an 80 mile round trip. Suppose to be around 60 degrees on Friday. You guys have a great day and don't spend too much $$$$$$$$$. |

Zac mentioned something about heading towards Boulder from the store, heading up to Peak to Peak, then towards Estes Park and then back down. I think that's what he was talking about. Dan's planning on installing his GP shifting and the connections for his heated gear before we leave the shop. |

Happy Gobble Gobble! I'm still pondering about riding up to HC tomorrow. I have to be back by 8pm and it is a much longer trip for me. It would be nice to ride with y'all up into the mountains, but alas, that would be way too far. |

I'm a little concerned about the road conditions. I'm on the flats and still have a good amount of snow and ice in the shadows here. Didn't get a chance to do any recon yesterday, with the turkey and all... I'll be at the shop around 10 am Z |

Today we got the 1125r and XB out for a ride and rode with Jody. Got the XB out on the Interstate for the first time, practiced resting my left hand on my knee and just let the bike cruise....she felt great!! My corners are getting better,, braking and stopping still needs some practice. For some odd reason I am squeezing the front brake harder than the back...and I don't do that on my Harley...so...humm..... Heres some pics...
