"Well, I'm here! Just got my cable hooked up. " Sure hope they give you a little more freedom than that, be a bummer to be cabled to a desk all day. Hmmm, (looking around) seems I'm cabled to a desk all day, bummer.

might be a bit of a stretch, it's about 100 miles. that terrible thing called work seems to take a lot of my freetime in the summer as well. |

Well 5 days into my new job and so far, so good. I've had 4 riders take demo rides on Buells, have met some sportbike riders and am ready to start our new BRAG club next month. Meetings will be the 3rd Tuesday of every month. I have not found a location yet. I'll be taking a day off this week to scope out a couple of places that have been suggested to me. I'll keep you all posted on my progress on this. I've got 3 or 4 Buell deals cooking and hope to close on a couple of them this week. I have all the Buells on sale! Plus the 0 down and 150.00 in free gas card! I still have sling bags left, for those of you that haven't gotten one yet. I have emailed back and forth with Blake and will be getting a check cut this week for the sponsorship of Badweb! Formula USA races at Road America this weekend! That means Buells racing around the BIG track! I wish I could go but at this point it is more important for me to spend my weekends in Waterloo with Penny Hope you all can make the races and cheer on Jeff Johnson and Hoban Brother's Racing for me! You can check out the race bike and meet Jeff at the open house on May 15th. Buell parts are starting to come in, I have helmets, shirts(mechanic ones)0 Gravity windshields, tip over parts, race kits, tank bags and more stuff coming. I've already set up the suspension for a rider that bought his XB12S about a month ago and met another rider with a X1. I'm getting a list of all Buell buyers for the last 3 years today so I can make some more contacts. I talked to Kersten up at Doc's yesterday about doing some BRAG stuff together. I need to get up there and check out the zoo! So all in all I've been really busy! This is a lot of work, starting all over! Good thing I love my work! Ride to the edge! Dave

...anyone else in the area (riding thru?) on your way to Appleton....more than welcome to make a pitstop at my place...I plan on leaving for Appleton @ 8:00 a.m. or so (all depends on who I may be waiting on). If I get good enuff responses, I could even be inclined to have do-nuts and juice available for a kwik break. 3565 South 51st Street Greenfield, WI 53220 Full set of tools available as well. |

...I'm north of Uke's and east of Hal's, plenty of room in the drive for bikes, all are welcome...have not picked a route, just not the freeway...most likely somewhat off the beaten path...would rather take a little longer to get there rather than blasting down the freeway...my preference (of course)...I don't see myself arriving before 10:00 a.m. possibly even a little later... |

You guys and gals have no idea how happy I am to hear that you are coming for my first event up here! Take the scenic route here, you can always blast home on the freeway if you have to. Ride to the edge! Dave |

I'm thinking a scenic meandering route in both directions, should probably cross into at least 5 or 6 counties by the time I'm back home. |

I am not sure you guys know about this, but last year at the open house they did a dyno shoot-out that included one free dyno run. 1200 class was won with only 85 hp I believe... |

Koz, That sounds like a good return route to take. A PRS guitar? I'm still getting ready to think about trying to learn how to play guitar. |
