Thanks, Froggy! I had not seen them side by side before, and can definitely see the difference.

If I stick with these, I may just spend 3-5 minutes and hit them at an angle with a rasp. Will either accomplish the same thing, or ruin them and give me more incentive to go buy a different set of pegs!

Ha, I just took a course file to mine before installing my silver Uly pegs tonight. I'll get a better picture tomorrow.

I also noticed the pigeon-toe requirement...but with size 13s, I have plenty o toe to move around : )

I had to adjust my brake lever down, but didn't touch the shifter.

I haven't noticed any "moving around" issues...but again, my other main Buell *is* a Ulysses, so I guess I'm just used to the pegs....although I did put the new black ones on the CR and they ARE grippier than the stock silver ones on my '06 Uly. I need to take a file to those and get the same pattern....

A quick, not-very-sexy solution to the pigeontoe problem would be to remove the adjustable brake/shift pegs from the arms and replace them with some longer bolts. Maybe some of our fabrication-type sponsors could come up with a longer peg setup that would fit over a standard bolt and bolt onto the stock levers?

Love the Knight Design pegs. They look good with the crosstrax 2 design. I don't need mtn bike style pegs to keep my feet planted, so these pegs rock.

Has anybody ever did a track day with the 1" lower footpegs?

Just curious..
