Bugger and i had lined up a set of 4pot Tokico's of a TL1000s for beer money. DW, the standard mounting centre for the rotors on most of the (90mm spacing)Nissan and Tokicos is 26mm,so the rotor should line up alright, if the Caliper actually fit..... I'm going to defer to 12MPG on this one. It looks like he's actually tried to mount up a set of Tokicos, and the depth of the caliper caused it to hit the spokes of the wheel. Is that right, 12? DW |

Yes I test fitted as stated in my message the ones I test fitted are 6 piston calipers, just like these: http://www.mrufer.ch/motorrad/forum_linked/IMG_005 5_hayabusa.jpg And for nallac they are 86mm wide (Message edited by 12mpghwy on February 27, 2010) |

Cheers 12mpg. DW, yip i am getting a set of 4pot Tokicos sent to me at the mo,only costing me the postage.Should be here end of next week. The owner has measured them at 83mm which would be close,if not touching the spokes,i measured the Buell one at 80mm.... I just wanna see if they'll fit.... will keep you posted. |

Nope the 4pots off a Tl1000s don't fit. the same as 12mpg said, you could mill 4-5mm(ish)off to get the right mount but then the centres are wrong........Bugger.......back to the drawing board. Ah well you live and learn. Hmmm wonder if the Nissin 4pots are different?. (All ways thinking about more mods.) (Message edited by nallac on March 05, 2010) |
