I am glad that Erik, is opening up and speaking his mind and letting the his voice be heard. With him no longer being constrained by corporate handcuffs and having an open mike. Laissez Bon Temps Roulet!!!! Just tell it like it is Erik. We hears ya! |

hey JB, my favorite line of yours is still, ".....It's pretty cool when the guy riding next to you in the Phil Read replica Arai is Phil Read....." please have CW's online maven publish parts 2 & 3 of Erik's interview ASAP - thx |

Is this series being published in the dead tree version, or is this online only? |

Online only - but a different "insider" article is in the May 2010 print edition. That version should be free of cat piddle. |

Hey! We believe it too. After all, that's why we're still here, that there just might be a future for Buell American Sport Bikes again in the coming years. This can only get better!!! |

email query & response to ebr: hi erik, best to you in your new adventure! as a long-time buell fan, and owner of a much loved '95 s2, and seriously considering the purchase of a more modern buell, i am wanting to know how long your non-compete clause with h-d (gag!) is going to last. the motorcycle world needs street-legal buells! and, i hope you still see fit to make air-cooled as well as watercooled motors, either with or without the help of h-d. best to you! doug s. But they will not be called Buells and they will not be air cooled. Thank you for the support, Customer Support Erik Buell Racing |

Have to wait and see what appears in the future. I know it's been said before but the no air cooled hurts. Time to start saving for a Wakan I guess. |

Her pointy hat should be aerodynamic. Have known some wiccans. Sets the fire under the cauldron. |
