I'm thinking I'd like the bars on my 9S to be just a touch back and up. Renthal has a road series www.renthal.com/site/products/hbdims/roaddims.asp
Just looking at the dimensions given it's damn near impossible to judge which one will feel right. So being the geek engineer that I am, I solid modeled all the bars including the stock one and overlayed them to see how they compare. I tried to capture the differences in the following snapshots for your entertainment. The grey one is the stock bar as best as I could measure it. I think I'm going to go for the blue one (Renthal "low" 754-01) as it scales about an inch higher an inch back and an inch wider. I might have to cut the extra width if the cables don't reach. There may also be a problem with the lower bend hitting the top of the fork tubes. Has anyone used this series of Renthals and what were the problems you ran into?
Steve

Johnny - I saw that you did that in the knowledge base. Which style bar did you get and did you have any trouble with the top of the fork tubes?
