have fun out there tim. heading over there friday morning as soon as i can get out of work. gonna try and hook up with paint if it isn't to late and ride in the rest of the way. hope to see a bunch of guys over there on friday.

Bike in shop in am to fix leaky fork seals and leaky wheel stem don't think I will make it untill weekend

bad run today. clocked some 2:18's in practice and then the bike running deteriorated. pulled in on the first lap of the race to keep the rest of the racers safe. turned out that the rear spark plug tip had unscrewed itself causing bad and intermittent spark. a lot easier to fix than what i was imagining the problem to be. we'll get em in the rain tomorrow!!

had a good time and managed to put the S1W on the second step of the box during the formula 2 race. had problems in practice and found that the Force header had broken 12" from the outlet of the front head! 40 bucks to a welder at the track, swapped tires from rains to DOT race, put the bodywork back on and made it to the grid in time for the warmup lap. warmup lap good, all is right in the world! took off ok but upshifted instead of downshifted in the horseshoe letting the leader open a big gap. found a false neutral between 4th and 5th on the banking and then settled in to bring the old girl to the podium in 2nd!! WOOOHOOO!!!
