Anyone know if an 1125R lower tree would fit a 2005 XB12Scg? I think the Scg forks are smaller diameter, but I'm not sure... |

The 1125R has 47mm forks, and the SCG has 41mm. Will the trees fit? I will be finding out soon when I put one on my XB. Will it hold your foks? I also got a set of 41mm forks, I will try it for you |

Haha, interesting, you'll have to let us know how that works out! I can't get my lower bearing off my lower tree. That's why i wasthinking about just putting a new tree on... I've tried hot, cold, WD-40, a hammer, everything. Have you had any experience with yours getting stuck? I'm considering just cutting it off with a dremel, I'm just worried about knicking the tree... |

Yea it sucks having 4 Buell's in the garage I saw your post in the KV about the bearing, I have never experienced that, so I don't know how to help. I wrecked my XB back in July, and ended up picking up some 03/04 XB 41mm forks and trees that was I was going to use to repair the bike, but then a whole setup off an 08 1125R came up for sale so I snatched that up too. I don't know for sure what will and won't fit on the bike, I am waiting on my floor jack to come in so I can lift up the front end. In the mean time I will take the forks and trees I got laying here and mix and match and see whats what. Oh, the 41mm set is for sale |
