I bought a set of used headers, cut them to the pieces and weld together a longer front header. The front header is now only 2" shorter than the rear header.

@ Dosmie. Need to wait snow to melt down few months. I need to dyno the headers and longer velocity stacks.

@Albert666: I love your exhaust. Can you provide some more info on it like where you got it or if you made it; Cost?. I am not familiar with mk2... I like how the whole thing follows the line of the underside of the bike and how the muffler is on that mean angle.
