been really busy we have (in almost spontaneous sense) been gathering at Hooter's Wed. night around 8 and Betty's (the old Fudd's) in S.Miami Thurs. nights around 8 also-on my end has been a last minute thing depending on how burnt I've been from workin on house. will probably attend both shows this week depending on weather CR has 624 miles on it and finally out of break in-time to do first service-and now I can really scare the crap out of myself by goin WFO til redline  | ||

I am off on Wednesday night this week too. Buell, unfortunately, is down for the battery again. I really need to get it towed into Harley and let Ricky give it a good going over. It has been sitting way too long. Good news is, it's because I have been working. I got a little bread in the bank and will get to it soon. In the meantime, I might just show up on the Harley. Be good to see Amy again, and get a look at her scoot. If she shows. Stretch | ||

I will in fact be there with Rob and a friend of ours who incidently rides a buell! I'm not sure what time we are planning arrival or departure, but if yall are showing then please post something, and we'll try to hang out long enough to at least say hi, or tell you to go f@ck yourselves or something friendly like that! | ||

Tepiddeath when you get a chance check out the Old School Buell topic with the post 100 cubic inches. it is a post about a guy named John with a 100 inch S&S in his S1 and last I remember he had it tuned at Cycle Lab. not sure whether or not you have any knowledge of this bike or the owner but any additional info would feed the "wolves" so to speak. | ||

 15 years of dreaming, wishing, hoping that I would buy a Buell and when Harley announced the closing of them in the beginning of October I thought I had lost my chance to buy a new one because I wasn’t ready yet….. I said out loud that if they make a black and blue XB12R that I would find one and buy it. Well I hoped on line and to my dismay, There it was, after calling 30 different dealerships, I found one, only 230 miles away… I put it on hold, got a personal loan, and on October 24, I was the proud owner of my very own Villain Black XB12R. Since then I have ran up 4000 miles on her and I couldn’t be happier..  | ||

torq- John is one of my customers, was in the shop buying parts and picking out brains earlier this week. He has a 110" S&S motor with a Baker 6 speed. I have not seen the bike, but I was drooling listening to him romance the bike to me! BTW mike, i like the way you have romanced your buell ownership to us as well! | ||

S&S doesn't make a sporty style motor bigger than 100ci. I also do not believe anyone has created any sporty style motor beyond 100ci as the S&S even has special split cases | ||

the romancing has been taken care of, the weekends are rough with rob being gone with his kids! as far as john's buell, i only said that i thought he said 110", i could be wrong, but also it could be bored/stroked, or both, and could even have big twin cylinders and heads, not common, but possible...with enough money! | ||

Hey guy, just wanted to say hi. I just moved back down to SF from Tampa. We had some great rides with the Tampa\Lakeland group there and am looking forward to meeting up down here. Unfortunately, it will be about a week or so as I just had my main bearing come apart and destroy the tranny and clutch basket. But at least I can put in a baker 6 speed now  -Ratedx1 | ||
