If you're looking to put Uly bags on a decidedly non-Uly bike...just get any ol' Hepco-Becker bag mount. They all mount to the same hoop pattern; the only differences are how the hoop mounts to the motorcycle in question.

Ratbuell....it's not that easy. First, I'm sure I can fabricate ones for my DR650 for less than $230. Secondly, they don't make a mount for my S3T. All I really need is a good hoop and the rest is just bending and welding.
