I am currently running an xb9 race pipe on my uly. After doing some research I found out that they are the same. Just make sure you do a TPS reset. If you are running a free flow air filter and the pipe with out a race ECM you may start fouling plugs. Best bet would be to get an ECMspy cable and load a race map in your bike (depending on the year). Or by a new ECM from EBR. Jimmy |

Both race pipes are the same, 12 had a polished finish. |

Early XB9 Race pipes were a little shorter than the XB12 pipes. If you have the short one, you will need to clearance the right side exhaust from the race muffler to clear the belt tensioner. You'll see the interference point if you do a trial fitting. It's not a big deal to do. |
