I'm hoping someone here can help with this question:

What type of ignition system does the 1125R use? Is it a CDI setup, or a digital transistorized ignition system?

Maybe this info is in the service manual, or electrical manual?

Digital transistorized would probably best describe it. The ecm probably uses mosfets as drivers for coils and injectors.
