I took my relatively new, bought it new 86 days ago, 2008 Uly XT out for the second day in a row and I am a happy camper! It has been cold and rainy so riding days have been limited, and although I haven't put many miles on it yet, 1700 miles, I am VERY impressed. I 'think', not struttin' yet but I 'think' I may have gotten the right combination with my Laminar Lip and Memphis Shades' lowers. Head shake seems to have been removed. This bike looks great, is fast, quick, agile, smooth, and FUN! Sorry, I don't have any pearls of wisdom to share on technical fixes, etc., I just wanted to share my great feelings about this bike. |

glad your likeing it. i had to take the windscreen off altogether until i got a palmer bracket and taller screen. it just made riding that bike miserable. and when i put 600 miles on the bike the day after i bought it i realized how bad the stock screens were. outside of that, it's a very capable bike and i love it. |

I'm impressed too. I got mine right before the first snow and only put about 100 miles on it. There are so many cinders on the roads right now that I haven't taken it out again.I guess I'll just keep working on it until a couple rains clear the roads up a little. |

I bought my 08XT in July 08. I have 17,000 miles on it. It didn't start running good until 5K or so. It is a wonderful bike and you will enjoy it. |

We've got almost 3K on ours, and I have a hard time believing it gets any better. It's awesome. Rode the city-x today, and still love it, but that Uly is such a grown bike up in comparison. I look forward to every single mile on the Uly. |
