We finally had a thaw here in Saint Louis and my partner and I took our bikes to the performance seminar that Gateway had. Was a lot of fun! We dropped my partners bike to have the comfort kit put on and when we got back home he discovered how big the difference between his 2008 X vs my 2008 XT is as far as suspension. He realized that I wasn't kidding when I said how easy i was to do a wheelie with my bike vs his! Felt soooo damn good to be out on the bike even though it was in the 40's and I was bundled up! |

Mideon- It's great you can get out and ride in January! Our Buells love the cooler (to us) weather. Mid 70's today and my Uly couldn't be happier! Just curious-what is a performance seminar? As far as I know, none of the dealerships I have dealt with offer such a thing. BeLinda. |

Well The go over the latest and greatest of what they have coming out for the new year as far as possible modifications and upgrades. It's kind of funny really, it's a combo Harley and Buell and our Buell engines are what the Harley guys are striving for. Hearing them talk about Stage 1 and Stage 2 upgrades on the Sportsters and one of our Buell trained techs Curt was telling us after that the best upgraded engines are those rebuilt with Buell. The preferred parts are the the Buell parts over the Screaming Eagle |
