How Fast Have You Gone On Your 1125? R or CR? Stock or Mods? Steering Stabilizer or not? I've done 156mph on my completely stock '09 CR Gets pretty intense up there with no wind protection and the front wheel dancing on the pavement... |

I've had mine to 172 (indicated). However it has been proven that the ACTUAL top speed is anround 162 for an R and like 153 on a CR i believe, others will chime in with the data... BTW- use the search function, its been discussed before Jake |

150 across the bridge from Washington state to Astoria,OR. The back of my FieldSheer mesh was vibrating like Ruffed Grouse wings in full rut. No real issues with the bike at all, just a fair amount of vibration. |

I had 152mph indicated and slowed down as the vibes were to intense and didnt feel normal coming from my '08'ZX6-R but now im used to it, once the summers here again ill rev it out in top and report back. |

My GPS indicated my top speed during a jaunt with an older R-1 was 150mph. I don't know who was more surprised him or me when we stopped for gas a few miles later! He asked how fast I was going when I pulled around him and had to look at the GPS since I sure as he!! wasn't watching the speedo! There are reports that the first year 1125's ran at Daytona, a stock 1125r w/o mirrors ran 172mph through the traps. |

This is WHY track day operators recommend taping over the speedometer! |

Frank yep we don't have any secrets. That doesn't mean she approves but, she does worry. She has been to 115 on the back of the ST. Her only complaint was the wind noise. Later Neil S. |

Oh to be small and lithe I feel like a sail about to unfurl at anything over 140 on my R. Something to do with being tall and too fat and stiff to tuck in tightly and still see the road My true top speed is about 40 pounds and 40 minutes of stretching away. |

Just goes to show how nice of a ride the ST1300 really is. She did voice some concern (over the intercom) when we were out running a storm (around 80 mph) and the storm caught us for a few mins. I just told her the faster I go the faster we clear the storm and the better I can see ;+}. Shortly after that we did pull off and took shelter, good thing because there was a tornado a few miles down the road and it crossed the interstate we had been on. |

I did an indicated 168mph on my R. no stabilizer, just a stock R and it actually wasn't bad at speed. No twitchiness, felt stable... maybe its due to me being a fatass and the suspension setup a little stiff. I dunno. |
