Just sold the cases, but here's the mod to carry that much fuel.

Agri-supply tubes. 2 with 1 .88L MSR bottle each:

A couple of rubber bungee straps cut and screwed into the existing points inside the Pelican lid. 1 .88L MSR bottle each side:

I like the use of the Agri Supply tubes. I plan to do the same with mine on my Touratechs as soon as I get the nerve to punch my $700 cases full of holes. But I'd opt for vertical placement inside the case over what you've done in the lid. You'd better pray nothing compromises the seal in that bottle, or you're going to have a very flammable mess.

I live in Montana, home of the Unabomber. But, seriously, I've used MSR bottles backpacking for years and never had a leak. I like this better than a plastic can of gas on the back of the bike. Famous last words .
There's room inside the case if you want to use some up with the bottles. The lid offers a lot of usable space and these things are pretty much bullet proof and the bottles are pretty stout too.
Will leave the carrying decision up to the new owner as these are headed for Canada.

Has anyone checked this product out?

Holds one gallon of fuel, with a pretty trick mounting system. The link is for ebay, but if you go to their website, they show various ways to mount them on bikes.
