Hello! As I continue to rebuild my wreck, I am getting close to remounting the motor. I need to do a TPS reset because it is running rough. I don't really have the money now to buy the cable. Is there anyone around Indy that may be able to help me out? It would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

You could check for people up in the Buell Rider Assistance Network forum for people close to you.
