I need the distance between the forks, the diameter of the forks at the lower triple tree, and the overall length ofthe forks, from an '03/'04 XB. The research is for my S2 project, which currently sports XB wheels and brake on my factory forks and swingarm. The WP ROMAS need rebuild anyway, and I'd rather ditch the unsprung weight of the steel caliper adapter (~1 lb).   Greg_e Posted on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 - 03:44 pm:        What if you just bought the entire triple tree to go with the forks. So the diameter of the fork at the lower tree is basically the same as the top tree? Only the first 5,5cm from above are 53,85/95mm after that they are smaller for some 18+cm and then the are 53,85/95mm again over a distance of 5,5cm. The total distance between the upper and lower triple of a XB is 20,06cm. Maybe this info also is help full!?
