Just noticed a problem on my CV40...There is a ton of fuel leaking out of the carb and out the kn forcewinder intake...It seems to be coming out of of the the small holes (looks like it goes to the main or slow jet) You can see it when the intake is off and its at the bottom of the carb venturi....anyone have a clue whats up?

Also, i have a 200 main and 42 pilot jet...is that good for a 00 cyclone with a vance and hines ss2r and forcewinder intake?

Stuck float or debris in the needle.

42 pilot seems too small. 200 main should be good. See threads on CV-40 mods.

Congrats on the new bike. You'll love it.

What Jim said..
Try a 45 pilot with the screw out 2 1/2 turns. The 200 might be a bit large.
I usually go with a 190.

Turn the fuel tap off when leaving the bike unattended. The carb seems prone to overflowing through the float needle, for whatever reason.

Maybe an extra tip:
check your oil for gasoline !!
i've had the same problem with my M2. Had foul on the needle after respraying my gas tank, carb floaded 3 times.
gasoline run down the cilinders and into the rest of the engine.
had to clean the hole lot.
