Has anyone else been curious as to how the Uly might look with side cowl panels ala 1125 CR?

It would take some bracketry and modifications for sure.....but???

Actually yes, I have been looking for a full fairing setup for mine, but not the hideous $500 1125R ones.

I'm looking forward to playing with the TT.
Gotta rotate the motor... the rear rocker box covers are leaking....

I put the MSR ATV High bars on it and all the cables are in except the brake line.

Then I need to fix the Uly red wire short...
So I have some stuff to keep my busy for awhile this winter.

I guess there is a red wire that has a split in it next to the front left fork....

It splits from 1 wire to 3 and supplies power to the speedo/clock and stuff... it needs fixed.

Vern - if you're bored and slow...I've always thought about something similar to what's on my S2 (I know..."it's OLD", lol). I'd love leg fairings like the S2 has, shown here with Erik's signature at the top. On the S2 they attach with a screw at the front top corner, the top rear corner, and one attachment point on the leading edge about halfway down. I don't know if something could be done to attach the top to the puck, and a point down low to stabilize...

Joe, You said leg faring!

Hey, could you take that off and use it for a shin guard for a while? Aside from being something you might need, it would look cool strapped to your jeans!

So ET,I take it the heavy snow is falling,in your northern winter, and you have some/way to much time on your hands...............may I suggest a holiday to the southern hemisphere, for some hot summer riding, well for that matter all year round riding......

I'm in East Tennessee. Usually.....riding all year here only has a few winter weather interruptions. This year has sucked! We are more than a foot above our normal rainfall numbers. Three times we have had snow more than a couple of inches deep on the ground, and in between it has been cold, damp, cloudy and or raining(not normal).

This wasn't so much time on my hands, as parts. I am painting them for a customer and curiosity got the best of me. I just had to know what it might look like. So a couple of pieces of black tape and..........I don't think the Uly needs them.

So, painting parts for a customer means you must've painted the luggage yourself?? What's the cost on getting those painted blue?

Yes, I have painted all of my stuff.

Not being a sponsor I am not at liberty to discuss that here, and I apologize for mentioning it the way I did.
