Installed the Comfort Kit on my 06 Uly No particular problems - big pain but no real problems Went to put put the seat on & go for a ride & the seat did not even come close to going down into position. The flange on the Air Duct is tight against the frame - The notch in the Air Duct just barely clears shock reservoir hose - BUT there is a fat 1/2" gap @ the top of the Duct Wad'da I do wrong? I levered the Duct to sit above the hump in the Trunk Pan - could that be the problem??

For one thing, the vent hose from the transmission is supposed to stick through the hole in the top of the duct (you have to cut some length off the hose). You have it pinched between the duct and the frame. Re-read your directions; it spells that part out. |

You have your vent hose under the duct. Pull it up from under the duct and poke it into the round hole on the duct. It is keeping the duct from sitting down as tight as it should. The preload hose for the shock should also run under the duct on the same side as the preload adjuster. You may get away with it the way it is (don't remember the exact routing on it), but you need to make sure that it is not pinched anywhere. |

In fact, the directions that came with the kit require you to shorten that vent hose before inserting it through that hole. |

Yup! That's what it was. Instructions said to cut the vent hoz & dutifully did that, not being able to figure out why, but they did not mention re-routing it & the picture was cut off just below the top of the duct. Too late to button it back together now - Good night & stay safe. |

True enough - I remember not knowing what to do with my vent hose when I installed my comfort kit. The instructions didn't say where to put it... |
