Hey everyone -

Just purchased a new 1125R a couple of weeks ago and am trying to learn as much as I can about Buell's. I came from a Gsxr 600 and 750, and love this V twin!

It seems the belly pan topic has been discussed many times, but I saw a picture of a Firebolt and an 1125R, and the 1125 has the Firebolt's belly pan. Is this possible, or was it just a photshop?

Thanks!
Shaun

A well secured turkey roasting pan can be race legal.

Thanks Barker! I was looking more for looks than function honestly. I liked the look of the Firebolt pan on the 1125, but just didn't know if it would correctly mount.
I saw the Eskalation piece, but holy smokes it's expensive!

Any other ideas, or if you know if the Firebolt pan would work, I would appreciate it.

Awesome, thanks Jarad! I don't have any side fairings on the bike and don't really want them. I think the chin faring would balance out the top heavy look of the bike enough, but still retain the Buell look.

Some body else asked about this I found it on another thread and froggy went out to the garage to try and said that the front tire wouldn't clear and if you slid it back further you would have to fab the middle section

Shaun - The two problems still existed with it clearing the front tire and when i tried moving it back it looked like if the oil cooler was relocated it would work but there is just no place to relocate but did you check into doing a lower fairing from a 03-06 GSXR with a little cutting it should look like what you want to accomplish

Oh well. I appreciate you testing it out. That's a good idea about the Gsxr pan, I'll have to look into it.
Thanks again.
