I read about the front mount needing support, has that issue been corrected on the new mufflers or is that still an issue? |

There's an exhaust hanger retrofit kit like this here? http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-p rodshow/17036.html I actually have the old "L" bracket and am going to put this on my list. |

Thanks Dave, already updated hanger but it's my understanding that the front mount on the muffler is weak.Spent many days on RI.beaches.Born and raised in MA. |

Will the updated Y bracket work with a Vance & Hines exhaust? the front mount bushing in my 2000 X1 is gone and I need to figure something out. The Y bracket looks like it stradles the stock exhaust. The Vance & Hines just has a tab so it looks like there will be a gap between the Y and the tab? |
